Three friends, one parade. Print this page for a costume party, a classroom, or an afternoon at the kitchen table.
Three children stand side by side, holding hands, dressed as a ghost, a cat, and a little wizard. The ghost's sheet falls in soft folds to the ground, the cat has pointed ears and a long tail, and the wizard's hat tips to one side. Bold outlines and wide shapes keep the drawing easy to fill, and the background stays empty so a child can add a sidewalk, a porch light, or nothing. Most children from about four to nine will handle this page comfortably. Crayons suit the big areas, and colored pencils let an older child shade the folds of the ghost's sheet.
Costumes a child can see out of
A good costume keeps sight lines clear. Before anyone walks out the door, check that the eye holes sit where the eyes really are, that a hood or hat does not creep forward, and that the hem clears the shoes. One walk across the room tells you more than a mirror does.
Coloring and printing tips
- Print at 100% scale, black and white, on US Letter. On A4, choose "fit to page".
- Use copy paper (20 lb / 80 gsm) for crayons and pencils, cardstock (65 lb / 160 gsm) for markers.
- The cat's whiskers and the wizard's hat band carry the smallest lines, so save those for a sharp pencil.
- Cut out the finished parade and tape the three figures along a classroom wall or the edge of a party table.
- Every page here is free for personal, classroom, and homeschool use, not for resale. The details sit on the terms page.
If you want more of the set, try the cupcake page or the ghost family page. The full collection is listed on the Halloween coloring pages hub.
