Purpose and scope
KaiaDraw publishes free printable coloring pages as PDFs for kids and adults, plus painting tutorials and related articles. This policy explains who creates the material, what checking means on a solo-artist site, how practical claims are handled, and how readers can report a problem. It is meant to make the site easier to understand, not to make a small studio sound like a large publication.
KaiaDraw is operated by Kaia, a professional painter who lives in Sonoita, southern Arizona, USA. It is a solo-artist studio with no employees. Kaia became a mother in 2020 and started the site to document her creative journey with her daughter and to publish hand-drawn coloring pages and painting tutorials for families and art enthusiasts.
Who writes and reviews
Kaia writes the site’s pages, creates the artwork, prepares printable files, and makes editorial decisions. She reviews her own work for clarity, basic file usability, and consistency with the site’s purpose. That process is an artist’s production review, not a claim of independent academic, medical, developmental, or therapeutic review.
When an outside teacher or another adult is asked to try a page, their input may help identify practical issues such as age fit, confusing wording, or printability. Outside feedback is occasional and does not mean that every page has been reviewed by a teacher. KaiaDraw does not claim an art education team, a certified educator reviewer, or a staff of editors.
How practical claims are handled
Claims about printing, paper, ink, and materials are kept narrow and practical. The How to Print page describes general steps rather than promising identical results on every printer. Home printers differ in ink, toner, driver settings, paper handling, margins, and color output. When a recommendation depends on a particular test, KaiaDraw should identify the basis for that recommendation or state that it is general guidance.
Safety language is conservative. KaiaDraw does not certify a paper, ink, printer, glue, paint, or other supply as safe for every person or situation. Adults should follow the manufacturer’s instructions, use materials appropriate for the child, and supervise young children and activities involving scissors, glue, or other tools. Coloring is presented as leisure and art practice, not as treatment or a guaranteed educational intervention.
AI assistance disclosure
KaiaDraw’s page artwork is drawn by hand. Software is used for cleanup, layout, and PDF export, and every page is reviewed by the same person who drew it before it is published.
If AI tools are used in any part of research, drafting, editing, image preparation, or production, KaiaDraw will describe that use plainly and will retain responsibility for the final text and artwork. AI assistance will not be presented as a human credential, independent review, or proof that a claim is true. If AI tools are not used, this clause should be removed or replaced with a direct statement that reflects the actual workflow.
Corrections and response time
When KaiaDraw learns that a page contains a factual error, misleading wording, broken link, inaccessible PDF, or production problem, Kaia will check the report, correct the source when appropriate, and update the affected page. A correction may change text, replace a PDF, repair a link, or add a note where the history of the change matters.
Reports are handled by one person, so response time can vary. KaiaDraw aims to acknowledge a clear, actionable report within five business days. A report does not guarantee that a requested change will be made; the decision depends on whether the issue is verified and within the site’s scope.
Review cadence
Pages are reviewed when they are created or materially changed, and practical reports are considered when they arrive. KaiaDraw does not claim a formal scheduled review of every published page. Links, downloads, instructions, and disclosures may be revisited as part of normal site maintenance. Readers should report a problem rather than assume that an older PDF has been rechecked recently.
Ads, affiliates, and commercial relationships
KaiaDraw will disclose advertising, affiliate links, sponsored content, gifted products, or other commercial relationships when they affect a recommendation or the presentation of a product. A commercial relationship does not turn an opinion into an independent test. If a page contains advertising or a third-party link, the site’s recommendation should remain understandable without treating the advertiser as an editorial reviewer.
Readers can ask about a particular link or recommendation by writing to contact@kaiadraw.com. The Disclaimer explains the broader limits of information on the site.
Children’s privacy and COPPA
KaiaDraw is written for parents, homeschool families, teachers, adult hobbyists, and grandparents, while many pages are suitable for children to use with an adult’s judgment. The site does not ask children to submit personal information in order to download a coloring page. Parents and guardians should review the site experience and the COPPA Compliance page before allowing a child to use interactive features or contact forms.
Cookies, advertising technologies, analytics, and embedded services can change over time. KaiaDraw will describe relevant practices in its Privacy Policy and will not use this editorial policy as a substitute for privacy disclosures. Adults should also review the privacy terms of any external service linked from the site.
How to report an error
Email contact@kaiadraw.com with the page title, page URL, a short description of the issue, and the steps that led to it. For a broken PDF, include the device and browser when practical. For a factual or safety concern, quote the wording that needs attention. Clear details help Kaia investigate without guessing.
This policy works alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and About page. It describes the intended editorial practice and does not create a promise that every page will be error-free.
