Trick-or-Treat Bucket Coloring Page to Print and Color

A candy bucket with a handle, wrapped candies, lollipops, and loose candy, free printable coloring page

A full bucket, a dozen small shapes, and a few pieces that got away. Print the PDF and count them.

A trick-or-treat bucket sits in the middle of the page with its handle up, packed with wrapped candies and lollipops, and a few pieces spilled on the ground beside it. The shapes are chunky and countable, which suits children around three to seven and works well at a classroom table where several kids color at once. Crayons on copy paper are all you need.

What is in the bucket, and what is not

The candies here are drawn as types rather than brands: twisted wrappers, round lollipops on sticks, and a couple of flat squares. What lands in a bucket varies by street and household, so the drawing stays general. Labels are the only dependable source for what is inside a wrapper, and they are worth a look if ingredients matter.

  • A rigid plastic bucket with a handle holds up better than a thin bag once it is full.
  • A strip of reflective tape on the handle helps drivers see a small person after dark.
  • Wrapped pieces travel better than loose ones. Sort them before trading starts.

Coloring and printing tips

  • Print at 100% scale, black and white, on US Letter. On A4, select fit to page.
  • Copy paper (20 lb / 80 gsm) for crayons; cardstock (65 lb / 160 gsm) if markers come out.
  • The lollipop sticks are the thinnest lines. Color them first, then work around them.
  • Give the bucket one color and the candies another family of colors, or the page turns into confetti.
  • Print one per child for a party table, plus a spare.

For a calmer page after this one, try the jack-o'-lantern coloring page or the friendly ghost coloring page. Everything else is on the Halloween coloring pages hub. Free for personal, classroom, and homeschool use, not for resale; the terms of use cover the details.
