The most common issue is the drawing being cut off at the edges. Since we support both US Letter and A4 paper, please follow this:

Pro Tip: In your printer settings, always check the box that says "Fit to Page" or "Scale to Fit". This ensures the design stays within your paper's printable area.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my print blurry?

Our PDFs are high-resolution (300 DPI). If it's blurry, ensure you are printing the downloaded PDF file, not a "Save Image As" thumbnail from the website.

The lines are too light. What should I do?

Check your printer settings for "Draft Mode" or "Ink Saver Mode." Turn these OFF for the best, boldest lines.

Can I print in bulk for my classroom?

Yes! Our Terms of Use allow teachers to print multiple copies for classroom activities. Commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

My printer says "Out of Ink" but it's full?

Try cleaning the printer heads via your printer's maintenance utility. Also, ensure no other print jobs are stuck in the queue.
